Shangri-La Sydney is seeking a Chief Steward to lead our stewarding operations, ensuring top-tier cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across back‑of‑house areas. You will oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and cost control, while developing the stewarding team to support seamless F&B; operations.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Hygiene Manager to improve audits and efficiency, and ensure ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP compliance across outlets and functions.
