You will provide psychosocial care to renal patients and families across outpatient and inpatient settings, while offering clinical leadership and mentoring within a multidisciplinary team.
You will support patients through chronic kidney disease, dialysis and transplantation decisions, and contribute to service improvements and high-quality, patient-centred care.
