Our client is a reputable and long‑standing trades businessknown for their professional approach, supportive team culture, and commitmentto delivering quality service. Seeking an experienced and motivated Metal Roofing SiteSupervisor to join their team, reporting to the directors.

We are looking for someone rwith the right attitude, someleadership experience, and previous hands-on plumbing, roofing or other toolexperience, who can drive results while maintaining a positive team culture.

This role has the opportunity to progress to Construction Manager.

Thisrole involves travelling between sites. A company vehicle, iPad and phone areprovided.

West Location: Ideally basedin Tarneit, Fraser Rise or surrounding western suburbs.

Responsibilities

- Measure roofs and flashings accurately
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) inspections
- Resolve onsite construction and installation issues
- Support trades onsite
- Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues
- Complete site reports and communicate project updates
- Ensure compliance with relevant building and safetystandards




- Provide technical support and guidance to field teams
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, trades andstakeholders

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Registered/Licensed Roof Plumber (Highly Desirable), or atrade background in roofing, plumbing, carpentry or roof tiling
- Leadership and team management capabilities (Highlydesirable)
- Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, plumbing regulationsand building codes
- Experience measuring roofs and flashings
- Strong troubleshooting and roof maintenance problem-solvingskills
- Ability to perform minor maintenance works using tools whenrequired
- Comfortable using technology, including iPads andcomputer-based reporting systems
