Position: Physiotherapist – Aged Care (Full-Time) Location: Singleton, NSW Salary Range: $39–$42 per hour + super (award basis)

n

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 38 billable hours/week

n

Benefits: $500 CPD allowance per year (for full-time)

n

Client Demographic: Aged-care residents (predominantly older adults in residential/community aged-care settings)

n

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years preferred; new graduates are welcome if passionate about aged care Role Overview: We're seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist who's excited about making a difference in the lives of older adults.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Assess, plan and implement physiotherapy programs for older adults in residential/community aged-care
n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, occupational therapy and podiatry
n
- Monitor client progress and adapt interventions accordingly
n
- Promote best-practice aged-care therapy and support accreditation requirements
n
- Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions
n

What We're Looking

n

n
- For: Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current General AHPRA registration
n
- At least 2 years' relevant experience—preferably in aged care or allied health settings
n
- New graduates who are enthusiastic about aged-care are encouraged to apply
n
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal aptitude and a genuine interest in elderly wellbeing
n
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday, and uphold high standards of therapy service delivery
n
