About The Role

n

We are seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including intellectual, physical and psychosocial disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges.

n

You will:

n

n
- Support participants with daily routines, personal care and emotional wellbeing.
n
- Build meaningful relationships through therapeutic conversations and connection.
n
- Encourage independence, community participation and social engagement.
n
- Maintain a safe and supportive home environments.
n

n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in complex disability.
n
- Ability to remain calm, grounded and professional in complex situations.
n
- Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check,



Blue Card, First Aid and CPR.
n

n

Highly regarded:

n

n
- Experience supporting participants with mental health.
n

n

- Infection Prevention & Control, Medication, Waste, Epilepsy & Midazolam, Diabetes Management, Work Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Workplace Writing and Food Safety.

- Saturday: $63.39 | Sunday: $81.50 |Public Holiday: $99.61
