About the Role
n
As a Trainee New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the vehicle sales process while working alongside experienced mentors.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Assisting customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey.
n
- Learning to conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
n
- Following up showroom, phone and online enquiries.
n
- Building solid customer relationships through outstanding service.
n
- Working with our Business Manager and Aftermarket Consultant to deliver complete ownership solutions.
n
- Learning dealership systems, sales processes and product knowledge.
n
- Developing the skills to achieve sales targets and build a successful career.
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who has:
n
n
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
- Excellent communication and people skills.
n
- A genuine interest in cars and helping customers.
n
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales (preferred but not essential).
n
- A willingness to learn and be coached.
n
- Availability to work weekends.
n
