Nurse Practitioner — Aged Care (1 day/week) — Central Coast

The role

n

Based on the Central Coast, you will provide advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, treatment and care planning for residents within residential aged care services. You will work within a co-managed multidisciplinary model alongside on-site nurses, GPs, telehealth geriatricians and physicians — with dedicated administrative support so your focus stays on clinical care.

What you'll bring

- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with Nurse Practitioner endorsement
n
- Advanced clinical experience in assessment, diagnosis, treatment and health promotion
n
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication and leadership skills
n
- Experience in quality improvement and evidence-based practice
n
- Sound knowledge of aged care legislation and regulatory requirements
n
- Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and professional indemnity insurance
n
- Comfortable using technology and clinical software systems
n

Qualifications

- Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner)

- Bachelor of Nursing
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with NP endorsement
n
