About The Role

n

This role will play a critical part in taking projects from late-stage development through pre-construction and into execution/delivery.

n

The position will initially focus on pre-construction activities including EPC strategy, contractor engagement, OEM selection, technical coordination, procurement support etc. The role transitions into full project delivery oversight, managing EPC contractors through construction, commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects through pre-construction and execution phases
n
- Manage EPC tendering processes, contract negotiations, and contractor onboarding
n
- Coordinate OEM selection and technical evaluation for modules, inverters, trackers, BESS systems, transformers, and key balance-of-plant equipment
n
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and risk management processes
n
- Manage EPC contractors throughout construction up to project handover
n




- Coordinate stakeholders including NSPs, consultants, OEMs, landowners, and regulatory authorities
n
- Support commissioning, energisation, and final project handover activities
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience delivering utility-scale Solar PV and/or BESS projects in Australia
n
- Strong understanding of pre-construction activities, EPC contracting models, and project execution strategy
n
- Experience managing EPC contractors and multi-disciplinary project teams
n
- Knowledge of solar/BESS OEM technologies including panels, inverters, trackers, and battery systems
n
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, schedules, and risk
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- $190-230k + super + bonus (depending upon experience)
n
- Well financed developer
n
- Prospect to work across landmark PV/BESS projects
n
- Exposure across the full lifecycle from development through delivery
