Azora is a quick growing non-bank lender specialising in commercial asset finance, consumer car loans and home loans. We are seeking a commercially-minded Team Leader Credit to lead our Consumer Car Loans Credit team.

Your Responsibilities | How you will make a difference

n

n
- Oversee the consumer car loans credit team
n
- Ensure all applications are assessed in an efficient and commercial manner
n
- Ensure responsible credit decisions are made in accordance with policy
n
- Act as first referral point for exceptions from Underwriters.
n
- Contribute to policy and process development
n
- Provide feedback and scenario support to brokers and sales team
n




- Attend Broker PD days and conduct broker visits as and when required with the Sales team
n
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations such as the NCCP Act, Privacy Act and AML/CTF Act
n

Your Skills & Experience | A little bit about you...

n

n
- 5+ years experience in consumer credit
n
- 3+ years leadership experience
n
- Must hold a current DLA of at least $50k
n
- Working knowledge of NCCP Act and AML/CTF Act
n
- A 'can do' and proactive approach to your work
n
- Collaborative and teamwork essential!
n
- Commercial thinking
n
- Time management and organisation skills
n
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
n
- Punctual and reliable
n
