Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HRIS Data Analyst to join a major enterprise HR transformation program. Working within a high performing project team, you will take ownership of data migration, data transformation, integrations and reporting activities as a new core HR system is implemented while the existing payroll platform is retained.

This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys working with complex data, engaging with stakeholders and driving high quality data outcomes across a large scale implementation.

Key responsibilities

n

- Coordinate and manage multiple data migration loads from the legacy TechnologyOne HR/Payroll system to the new HR platform.
n
- Cleanse, transform and prepare HR data for migration in partnership with business stakeholders
n
- Support ETL activities and ensure data is structured for successful system implementation
n
- Manage data transformation activities and ensure compliance with organisational data governance standards
n
- Work with enterprise data teams to support reporting and data assurance requirements
n




- Support the design and specification of data for system integrations
n
- Define the HR data required to integrate with the existing payroll platform
n
- Assist with the replication of HR reporting into the enterprise reporting environment
n
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and the implementation partner
n

About you

n

n
- Demonstrated experience delivering data migration activities on HRIS or enterprise system implementations
n
- Strong experience with HR data, data quality, transformation and governance
n
- Experience supporting system integrations and enterprise reporting
n
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using tools such as Power BI, Visual Studio or similar
n
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to identify, cleanse and validate complex datasets
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Able to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative project environment
