THE NON-NEGOTIABLES

- Must be 18+ with full Australian working rights

- Current RSA (SA)

- Availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays

- Ability to work both day and night shifts

- Previous hospitality experience preferred

ABOUT THE JOB

n

This is a casual Front Bar Attendant role, working across the Front Bar and Saloon Bar on a rotating 7-day roster.

n

You'll be part of a fast-paced, welcoming environment delivering great service across bar and food service areas.

n

Your role will include:

n

n
- Delivering excellent and professional customer service at all times
n
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
n
- Taking orders and supporting food service
n
- Maintaining the presentation of food, coffee, and beverages
n
- Mixing drinks and cocktails to a high standard
n
- Handling cash and using POS systems accurately
n
- Supporting gaming or TAB operations if required
n
- Maintaining clean, organised, and service-ready work areas
n
- Communicating effectively with team members across the venue
n
- Supporting upselling and achieving sales targets
n
- Following RSA, WHS, and all hotel procedures at all times
n
- Supporting the team with general duties as required
n
