The Role
n
Your role as the ENT SRMO/Unaccredited Registrar for 2027 will be to provide clinical, educational and research support for the Department of Head and Neck Surgery at Chris O'Brien Lifehouse.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Clinical
n
n
- Assisting in Operating Theatres
n
- Attend Visitor Medical Officers/ Specialty Clinics
n
- Conduct and attend weekly multidisciplinary Meetings
n
- Ward Duties
n
- Participate in Audit
n
- Participate in weekend rounds and on-call duties, including Northern Beaches Hospital
n
- Assist the ENT and Head & Neck teams at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and COBL
n
n
Education
n
n
- Participate and Assist in Education Sessions
n
- Supervise and Teach Medical Students
n
- Assist in Courses and Conferences
n
n
Research
n
n
- Participate in Clinical Research
n
- Conference Presentations
n
n
Selection Criteria
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration
n
- Dedication and interest in entering advanced ENT training
n
- Evidence of Publications, Presentations and ongoing interest in Research
n
- Interest in Teaching
n
n
