We are seeking experienced Senior Organisational Change Managers to lead the people side of complex ICT and digital transformation initiatives within a large and dynamic enterprise environment. This is an opportunity to influence executive stakeholders, shape change strategy, and drive successful adoption across multiple high-profile program

n

As a Senior Organisational Change Manager, you will provide strategic leadership while remaining hands‐on in the delivery of change outcomes. You will partner with program leaders, executives, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure organisational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable business adoption

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead and actively deliver the development of organisational change strategies and business change implementation plans across programs and projects.
n
- Conduct and own the execution of impact assessments to identify changes to processes, systems, structures, roles and ways of working, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
n
- Apply and practically implement structured change management methodologies and tools to drive adoption and effectively manage the people side of change.
n
- Assess organisational readiness, capacity and change risks,



and translate insights into hands‐on change activities aligning with business cycles and delivery timelines.
n
- Design, develop and deliver targeted communication, stakeholder engagement and sponsor enablement strategies to support successful change outcomes.
n
- Monitor, evaluate and embed change outcomes, while building organisational change capability through coaching, mentoring and active contribution to continuous improvement.

You will have:

n

n
- Extensive experience leading end‐to‐end organisational change management for major ICT, digital, or business transformation program
n
- Demonstrated success delivering change outcomes within complex program and project environments
n
- Solid expertise in impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, organisational readiness, and change planning
n
- Large government, regulated, or enterprise‐scale environments.
n
- Benefits realisation and change measurement frameworks.
n
- Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies
n
