Alloggio – the largest short-term rental accommodation provider across Australia and New Zealand , is on the lookout for Guest Services Specialists to join our dynamic Noosa team based in beautiful Noosa Junction.

What's the Role About?

n

As a Guest Services Specialist, you'll be the go-to person ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional stay – from the moment they book, right through to post-checkout. You'll be problem-solving, anticipating guest needs, and making sure every touchpoint is handled with care and efficiency. No two days will be the same – and that's just how we like it.

You'll be answering queries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, even social media), helping manage arrivals, and working with our awesome support teams to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

KeyResponsibilities:

n

- Be the main point of contact for guests from booking confirmation to after they leave
n
- Respond to guest inquiries across all platforms – quickly and professionally
n
- Build great relationships and turn guests into loyal fans
n
- Resolve guest issues with confidence, care, and minimal fuss




n
- Coordinate arrivals, inspections, and ensure everything is guest-ready
n
- Conduct property inspections (pre-arrival and post-departure audits)
n
- Recommend upgrades (hello, welcome packs and fresh linen!)
n
- Maintain accurate records and complete daily checklists
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep everything ticking
n
- Be flexible and ready to jump in – we're a 24/7 operation with rosters running Monday to Sunday, including weekends
n

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, tourism, or high-volume customer service role
n
- A natural people person with strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and able to juggle competing priorities
n
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
n
- Strong time management and attention to detail
n
- A team player who lives and breathes Alloggio's values
n
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating systems and digital channels
n
- Someone who loves weekend shifts – and maybe even prefers them!
