Are you an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a busy, high-volume venue and knows how to deliver exceptional functions from planning through to execution?Hope Island Tavern is looking for a hands-on Restaurant & Functions Manager to lead our restaurant operations and functions business.This is a key leadership role for someone who can balance a busy restaurant floor, functions and events, team leadership and commercial performance — while keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything they do.The RoleReporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll take ownership of restaurant operations and functions, including:Leading day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume environmentCoaching, developing and motivating front-of-house teamsPlanning and executing functions and events from enquiry through to completionCreating and managing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)Coordinating event requirements across kitchen, operations and other venue departmentsDelivering functions including corporate events, celebrations and community eventsDriving guest satisfaction, sales and operational performanceManaging labour, productivity and profitability targetsMaintaining strong operational, presentation and compliance standardsBuilding relationships with guests,
