Our Roofing business is a long-established metal roofing company operating for over 22 years in Brisbane. We specialise in residential and commercial roof replacements, commercial roofing maintenance and working on iconic buildings.

About the role

Working with our highly experienced team of metal roofing experts, the Supervisor duties will include:

- Oversee Site setup, check measure projects
- Providing technical advice and support to onsite roofing crews to maintain strict adherence to quality standards
- Answering client queries and solving any issues onsite to maintain customer satisfaction
- Quality assurance inspections/sign-off on all works to ensure quality of workmanship upheld
- Work closely with the Projects Coordinator, Projects Manager and Administration team to maintain clear communication between onsite and office based operations

Skills and experience

To be successful, you will possess the following:

- General Safety Induction White/Blue Card
- Working at Heights Certificate
- A strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Effective time management
- A minimum of 5 years metal roofing experience in both the residential and commercial sectors
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Overall positive attitude and open to learning new skills
- The availability to start immediately

Salary and Remuneration

Negotiable annual salary with company car and phone provided.
