Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service in Preston, VIC seeks a Deputy Managing Lawyer to lead the Balit Ngulu youth justice program. You will oversee complex youth crime matters, mentor lawyers, and help shape culturally protected, trauma-informed representation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people.

You will work alongside senior lawyers to guide strategy, supervision, and program growth, ensuring strong court presence and high-quality legal practice within a values-driven ACCO.
