Pet Circle is seeking a customer-focused specialist for our Pemulwuy pharmacy, onsite five days a week, 9:00 am–5:30 pm. You will handle email and live chat inquiries, manage orders and prescription processes, and ensure accurate records and timely dispatch in a KPI-driven setting.

Ideal candidates bring a year of fast-paced customer service experience, strong communication, and a curious mindset about AI to help us improve processes and the customer experience in a growth-focused company.
