Nextt is looking for a reliable Disability Support Worker to join a male participant’s established support team in Blackburn. You will help with active support, community engagement and daily living, while following established plans.

The role involves 2:1 support with another worker, adaptable casual shifts on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and opportunities to pick up additional shifts. A confident swimmer is essential to participate in pool activities.
