Andaz Gold Coast is opening a current bakery concept and seeks a Chef de Partie – Bakery to lead artisan bread and pastry production across our dining venues and events. You will work with the Pastry leadership team to deliver high-quality products with care and precision.
You will contribute to recipe development, kitchen set-up and the systems that will support a successful pre-opening, bringing creativity and consistency to every bake.
