people2people is seeking an experienced Site Administrator for a major infrastructure project on a 9-month contract. The role focuses on payroll, workforce administration, onboarding, compliance, and operational coordination across a high-volume construction workplace.

You will support a workforce of around 400 employees, coordinating with Payroll, HR, Recruitment and site leadership while managing onboarding, documentation and daily site operations.
