Donvale Rehabilitation Hospital – Doncaster VIC

Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in a friendly, collaborative environment? We are seeking motivated RNs to join our casual bank. Our hospital delivers both inpatient and day rehabilitation programs, supporting patients across a wide range of specialities, including orthopaedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, pain management, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.
As a member of our team, you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.

About You:

You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

- Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an acute nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster
- Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and skilled growth.

On offer for this position is a base hourly rate of$41.34 - $52.80 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (VIC RN/Midwife Year 1 – Year8*).
