This integrated financial services business works to improve the financial well-being for their broad range of mid to high-net-worth clients. They are a recognised firm specialising in all aspects of advice and looking after their clients for the long term, with a unique footprint across regional offices in South-Western NSW and Goulburn.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an individual who is eager for a strong platform to boost their financial planning career. This Adviser will be passionate about regional clients and their unique needs, and have a genuine interest in relationship-building and excellent client service.

The Role

n

- Understanding clients' immediate needs, long term objectives and level of comfort with risk
n
- Conduct meetings/reviews with all clients and develop/adjust the overall investment strategy
n
- Provide quality and trusted financial advice
n




- Investigate alternative strategies and recommendations and continue to strengthen the relationship with the clients
n
- Manage client relationships and assist to promote and drive recent business
n
- Network with industry peers and established referral sources and attend / leverage seminars, sponsorships and other promotional activity
n

About You

n
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within a Financial Planning environment
n
- Completion of their PY, and client-ready
n
- Experience working with retirement clients an advantage
n
- Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an opportunity for the long term
n
- FASEA approved qualifications
n
- Strong compliance, technical knowledge around legislative and regulatory requirements to provide quality advice in the client's best interest
n
- Strong sense of professionalism and a client-centric approach
n
- Commercial mindset
