We are seeking organised, adaptable, and process-driven individuals across all career stages—whether you are a parent balancing family commitments, an experienced administrator seeking structured hours, a student, or someone in the later stages of your career looking for meaningful part-time work.

Working a structured 42 hours per fortnight on a 14-day roster (including alternate weekends), you will be trained in passenger and terminal operations across two distinct areas:

- Passenger Services & Check-In: Delivering face-to-face customer care, managing digital check-in systems, and handling voyage administration.
n
- Freight & Logistics Operations:



Managing commercial transport check-ins, weighbridge documentation, and coordinating yard logistics in a live freight environment. (Ideal for candidates who enjoy structured admin and supply chain operations!)

What You'll Bring:

- Strong administrative aptitude and comfort navigating multi-screen system processes.
n
- Confident, clear communicator, able to assertively and respectfully uphold our conditions of carriage when engaging with passengers and customers.
n
- Adaptability to work across passenger and freight functions based on operational needs.
n
- Resilience to work in both indoor terminal facilities and outdoor vehicle/freight lanes in all weather conditions.
n
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules (6-hour shifts, e.g., 5:45 AM - 12:15 PM or 12:30 PM - 7:00 PM).
