What are the Jobs

n

- Working in a team of approx. 10+ people.
n
- Fine Dining/ Upmarket Resort
n
- Lunch and Dinner
n
- Starting as soon as possible for a 4 – 8 week contract.
n
- Ongoing jobs after successful completion
n

Hotels/Pubs/Resorts

n

n
- Solo, Senior Chef and Chef de Partie roles
n
- A la Carte style food.
n
- Split shifts
n
- 4+ week ongoing contracts

Do you measure up?

n

- Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:
n




- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
n
- Can produce consistent quality
n
- Have a positive and 'can do' attitude
n
- Own traditional uniform and knives
n
- Have experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking
n
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
n
- Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
n
- Enjoy the perks of expanding your experience and knowledge.
n
- Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate not only yourself but a team as well.
n
