We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and enthusiastic Duty Manager to play a key role in leading our operations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

n

Duties include:

n

n
- Supervision and co-ordination of all gaming staff, including ongoing training and mentoring
n
- Ensuring high customer service standards at all times
n
- Ensure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times
n
- Ensure all cash room accounting/recording procedures are adhered to at all times, as well as all compliance standards
n
- Motivate and achieve high standards with your team
n
- Be hands on, hardworking and enthusiastic
n

n

To be successful in this role you will:

n

n
- Must be flexible and available to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts as required
n
- Demonstrate solid leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coach, mentor,



and develop team members through ongoing guidance, training, and support
n
- Passionate about delivering exceptional and memorable customer service.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- At least 2 years relevant experience as a Duty Manager or similar role
n
- Current Gaming Industry Employee licence
n
- Current Responsible Service of Gaming licence (Modules 1 and 2 minimum)
n
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol licence
n
- Current DoFoodSafely - VIC certification
n
