Leading Hand/Electricians – Switchboards

Secure a long-term leadership role with a growing switchboard manufacturer based near the Port of Brisbane. Lead workshop teams delivering high-quality switchboard builds, fit-off, testing and control panel work across major electrical projects. Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead daily workshop operations and workflow
n
- Build, wire and test switchboards/control panels
n
- Read and interpret electrical drawings/schematics
n
- Mentor electricians, apprentices and trade assistants
n
- Maintain safety, quality and project deadlines
n

Qualifications/Experience required

n
- QLD Electrical Licence + current CPR/LVR
n
- Switchboard manufacturing experience
n
- Strong fault finding and testing ability
n




- Ability to lead workshop teams confidently
n
- Knowledge of control wiring and schematics
n
