About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Foreman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day site operations, with a strong knowledge on excavation and shoring works.

n

Working closely with the Director and Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage and coordinate daily site activities, including earthworks, and shoring operations.
n
- Supervise site Team, subcontractors, plant, machinery, and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery.
n
- Ability to interpret and understand project documentation, drawings, specifications, and ensure works are completed in accordance with project requirement
n
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
n
- Monitor and maintain compliance with Work Health & Safety (WHS), environmental, and company policies.
n
- Conduct daily safety activities, including toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety inspections.
n




- Manage quality assurance documentation, including SWMS, ITPs, and project records.
n
- Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to maintain project progress.
n
- Attend project meetings, training sessions, and all required compliance-related activities.
n

Skills and Experience Required

n

n
- Proven experience as a Civil Site Foreman with strong experience in earthworks and shoring projects.
n
- Sound knowledge of WHS regulations, quality requirements, and construction compliance.
n
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
n
- Valid driver's licence and White Card.
n
- Ability to identify risks and demonstrate a strong commitment to safe and efficient work practices.
n
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage project risks.
n
- Diploma qualification in Construction Management and/or Project Management will be highly regarded
n
