Join a globally recognised brand and take ownership of a commercial office portfolio in the Adelaide CBD. This is a senior-facing role suited to a commercially astute property professional who thrives on driving asset performance and building trusted client relationships.

You'll manage the end-to-end performance of a high-value portfolio, working closely with institutional and private owners to deliver strategic outcomes across leasing, financials, and asset optimisation. The focus will to ensure assets are operating efficiently and aligned to investment objectives

The Opportunity:

n
- Manage the overall performance of a commercial office portfolio, delivering against financial and operational targets
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants and service providers
n
- Prepare and deliver asset-level reporting, budgets and strategic plans aligned to client objectives
n
- Oversee leasing activity including renewals, rent reviews and negotiations
n
- Ensure compliance with all lease obligations and statutory requirements
n

About You:

n

n
- Proven experience managing commercial office assets in a client-facing role
n
- Strong financial acumen across budgeting, forecasting and reporting
n
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
n
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
n
