About the Role
n
We're looking for an experienced hospitality, guest experience or workplace leader to establish and lead ACOR's national Workplace Experience function.
n
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how more than 500 employees experience their workplace every day. You'll lead a team of Workplace Experience Officers across Australia, helping them create welcoming, engaging and high-performing office environments while partnering with Area Leaders to bring each office's culture and identity to life.
n
This role is ideal for someone who has built their career creating exceptional customer or employee experiences and is ready to step into a national leadership role with the stability of a Monday to Friday corporate environment.
n
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll coach and develop your team, establish consistent service standards, support workplace initiatives and drive continuous improvement across ACOR's offices.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead, coach and develop a national team of Workplace Experience Officers.
n
- Partner with Area Leaders to understand local priorities and support office culture, engagement and employee experience.
n
- Establish consistent workplace experience, hospitality and office presentation standards across the business.
n
- Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring and regular feedback.
n
- Support workplace projects, office improvements and business change initiatives.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and workplace operations.
n
- Work closely with the National Administration Manager to ensure seamless support across both functions.
n
- Celebrate success by promoting employee achievements, project milestones and office initiatives.
n
- Foster a culture of service excellence, hospitality and continuous improvement.
n
n
About You
n
You're passionate about creating great experiences and helping others succeed.
n
You may have built your career in hospitality, hotels, premium customer service, workplace experience, facilities, events, aviation, corporate concierge or another service-focused industry and are looking for an opportunity to apply those skills in a leadership role.
n
You'll also bring
n
n
- Experience leading, coaching or mentoring teams.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
n
- A passion for customer service and creating engaging experiences.
n
- The ability to influence,
build trust and work collaboratively across multiple offices.
n
- Excellent organisational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
n
- Confidence working autonomously while leading a geographically dispersed team.
n
n
Experience leading workplace experience, hospitality or customer service functions across multiple locations will be highly regarded.
n
