With the Director on a constant acquisition path, they are looking for a future Property Manager, and are happy to grow you from No-experience, or someone coming from a Leasing or Property Officer role wanting a step-up!

They love harnessing and growing talent within their Real Estate business.

The role:

n

n
- Work alongside a Senior Property Manager to oversee 220 residential properties
n
- Take and address tenant enquiries
n
- Coordinate property repairs & maintenance
n
- Conduct routine inspections
n
- Support with all admin including notices, applications and rental increases
n

n

Requirements:

n

n




- A desire to be in Property Management / Real Estate long term and an openness to learning
n
- Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) or Real Estate License
n
- A current driver's licence and motor vehicle
n
- Tech-savvy (and knowledge of the following is a bonus:Property Tree, FLK it Over and Tapp)
n
