The Role

n

We are looking for experienced and committed hands on and mechanically minded Line Operators to work in our manufacturing facility on our state-of-the-art production equipment.

n

The roles arefull-time, permanent positions, reporting to theSupervisor. You'll be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and keeping our production lines running smoothly. If you hold a forklift license you will also assist in stock movements.

n

Some Line Operators act as back-up Forklift Operators, so holding a forklift license is a huge bonus!

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Operate and monitorproduction linesandpackaging machineryin accordance with GMP, SOPs and safety requirements.

n

Troubleshootminor production line issues or Troubleshootwhen required.

n

Prepare materials and equipment for each production batch.

n

Performin-process quality checksto ensure products meet all specifications and compliance requirements.

n





Accurately completeproductiondocumentation.

n

Assist withline changeovers, cleaning, and preventative maintenance tasks.

n

Maintain stricthygiene and contamination controlin all production areas.

n

Promptly report anyequipment faults, or quality concernsto the Supervisor.

n

Collaborate withQuality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teamsto ensure seamless production flow.

n

Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards in line with HACCP and GMP requirements.

n

Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the production and packaging areas in line with HACCP and GMP requirements

n

The rotating roster crosses one weekend per fortnight and some public holiday work may be required

n

What You Bring

n

Experience inFMCGor a similar fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

n

Mechanically inclined and capable of problem-solving under pressure.

n

A currentforklift licenseanddriver's license(a bonus to have but not essential!).

n

Understanding ofHACCP,GMP, and hygiene protocols.

n

Full working rights in Australia.

n

Flexible for shift work and weekend and public holiday work as required

n

A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

n

Willing to assist with general operational duties.

n

Able to lift up to 25kgs.

n

Some freezer work may be required.

n
