The role

n





We need someone who's comfortable working through all stages of design and documentation. This role is built around strong technical delivery and mentoring.

In the role, you will:

n

- Work hands-on with our Construction Team through documentation and delivery, including site visits
n
- Produce detailed Archicad documentation, including interiors, joinery, lighting, and electrical
n
- Co-ordinate and liaise directly with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
n
- Specify and schedule finishes, fittings, and fixtures against real client budgets
n
- Support and mentor junior architectural staff
n

To apply, you will need:

n

- Minimum 3 years experience in construction documentation in Archicad (this isn't optional, as our entire documentation workflow runs on it)
n
- Demonstrated experience documenting residential projects
n
- Solid knowledge of the NCC/BCA and relevant Australian Standards
n
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or supervising junior staff
n

This is a full time, in-office role based in Balmain.
