We are looking for qualified Leading Hands and Scaffolders to join our team.

Working across a variety of residential and semi-commercial sites - every site is different, and we value people who can adapt to different environments, think on their feet and take pride in delivering quality work.

We're looking for individuals who have:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' scaffolding experience.
n
- Proven experience working across residential and semi-commercial sites.
n
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
n
- Good time management and attention to detail.
n
- A proactive and reliable approach to work.
n
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
n
- The ability to adapt to different sites and work through challenges as they arise.
n
- Pride in the quality of their work and the finished product.
n
- A willingness to be hands-on and involved.
n

n

For Leading Hands, you will also have:

n

n
- Proven experience leading scaffold crews.
n
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
n
- The ability to coordinate your crew and communicate effectively with builders and site teams.




n
- The ability to report to management and provide clear updates on site progress.
n
- A proven ability to complete works to a high standard, on time and in accordance with safety requirements.
n
- The confidence to make decisions and find practical solutions when site conditions change.
n

Essential Requirements:

n

n
- White Card.
n
- SA / SI / SB Scaffolding Ticket.
n
- Full Driver's Licence.
n
- Reliable transport.
n

n
