Position: Customer Service Operator

As an integral part of our Customer Service team,



you will play a crucial role in interacting with our valued customers. As the first point of contact, your support helps ensure customer satisfaction and efficient branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create positive customer experiences through qualified, friendly engagement

- Liaise with customers to understand needs and provide practical solutions

- Provide operational support to the Branch Manager and team
n
- Collaborate with the team to address inquiries and deliver resolutions

- Manage invoicing, job authorisations, and general record-keeping

- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
