Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join Council's Ouyen Office and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support across Council's service centres and call centre operations.

The successful applicant will be required to work between 16 and 24 hours per week, with the agreed hours to be negotiated at the time of appointment.

About the Opportunity
n
You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to provide accurate information, resolve enquiries, and create positive experiences for the community. Working in a collaborative and customer-focused environment, you will contribute to the efficient operation of frontline services while building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
n
What you will bring
n
n
- Relevant post-secondary qualification in business administration or retail operations or minimum three year's experience in an administration role with Customer Service focus.
n
- Experience using Microsoft Office and business systems.
n
- Cash handling and financial processing experience.
n
- Current Driver Licence.
n
- Current satisfactory Police Check.
n
n
Salary and conditions
n
The position is classified within Band 4 of Council's Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $38.81 per hour plus statutory superannuation.
