An internal promotion has created an opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to join one of Melbourne's well‐established commercial builders. Whether you're a Senior Contract Administrator ready to lead your own projects, a Senior Project Coordinator in Tier 1 looking for more ownership, or an experienced Project Manager from a Tier 3 builder, this role offers the chance to take the next step in your career.

The Project

n

Your first project will be a multi‐level apartment development valued at approximately $100M, working alongside an experienced Construction Manager and established delivery team. From there, you'll continue working across high‐quality residential developments throughout Melbourne.

The Role

n

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you'll take ownership of all commercial and delivery aspects of your project, including:

- Design management
n
- Head contract administration
n
- Subcontract management
n
- Cost planning and forecasting
n
- Programme management
n
- Client and consultant liaison
n
- Project reportingLeading and mentoring the project team
n

This is a genuine Project Manager role with responsibility from project commencement through to completion.

We're Looking For

- A Senior Contract Administrator ready to become a Project Manager

- A Senior Project Coordinator from a Tier 1 contractor wanting greater ownership

- A Project Manager from a Tier 3 builder looking to join a larger business

- Proven experience delivering multi‐level apartment projects

- Robust commercial and contractual knowledge

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
