Job Description

AGA, part of the IntoWork Group, is hiring an Apprentice & Employment Consultant to operate across Victorian locations. You will manage a caseload of apprentices and trainees, work with host employers, and drive placements while delivering mentoring and operational excellence.

Reporting to the AES Coordinator, you will balance business development with compliance, safety, and reporting, contributing to better employment outcomes for individuals and businesses.
