What You'll Be Doing

n

As a Digital Account Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while helping drive the success of their digital marketing strategies.

n

Reporting directly to our Senior Digital Account Manager, you'll:

n

- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and become their trusted day-to-day marketing advisor.
n
- Lead client meetings,



present campaign performance and confidently communicate recommendations and next steps.
n
- Coordinate the delivery of projects across our Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Social Media.
n
- Review campaign performance alongside our digital specialists, identify opportunities for improvement and help shape future strategy.
n
- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to an exceptional standard.
n
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow client accounts and improve marketing performance.
n
- Collaborate closely with our creative and digital teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly.
n
- Maintain transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed, supported and confident throughout every stage of their marketing journey.

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for someone who enjoys working directly with clients and thrives in a quick-paced agency environment.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Proven experience managing multiple digital marketing clients within an agency environment.
n
- A strong understanding of at least one or more of the following: Google Ads, SEO or Meta Ads, with a broader interest in digital marketing strategy.
n
- Experience presenting reports, recommendations and marketing strategies to clients.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n




- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying growth opportunities.
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
