About the Role

n

You'll be trusted to diagnose faults, provide professional advice to customers, and build quotations on-site using an iPad. You'll present repair and replacement options, answer customer questions, and help them choose the best solution for their home.

n

You'll be attending residential and light commercial sites carrying out:

n

n
- Fault finding and diagnostics.
n
- Repairs to split systems, ducted reverse cycle systems, gas ducted heaters and evaporative coolers.
n
- Preventative maintenance and servicing.
n
- Warranty repairs.
n
- Preparing professional quotations on-site using an iPad.
n
- Presenting multiple repair and replacement options to customers.
n
- Explaining recommendations clearly and honestly.
n
- Completing ServiceTitan job notes and reports.
n

n

This role suits someone who enjoys dealing with people just as much as working on air conditioning systems.

What We're Looking For

n

Essential

n

n
- Minimum 6 years' HVAC service experience.
n
- Refrigerant Handling Licence.
n
- ARCtick Licence.
n
- Current Driver's Licence.
n




- Solid fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
n
- Confidence presenting repair and replacement options to customers.
n
- Ability to work independently.
n
- Pride in workmanship and presentation.
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Restricted Electrical Licence.
n
- Gas Type A Servicing Registration.
n

- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar job management software.
