Are you an AHPRA-registered Pharmacist looking to build a long-term career in community pharmacy, with the potential to progress towards pharmacy ownership or partnership?

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Pharmacist to join a community pharmacy team in the Redland area, QLD, on either a full-time or part-time basis.

This role combines hands-on community pharmacy practice with the opportunity to develop your leadership, commercial and business skills. For the right candidate, there is genuine potential to work towards future pharmacy ownership or partnership.

About the Role

Working as part of an experienced pharmacy team, you will provide professional, patient-focused pharmacy services while contributing to the day-to-day operation and ongoing development of the pharmacy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Accurate dispensing and professional patient counselling
- Providing high-quality community pharmacy and patient care
- Supporting MedChecks and other professional pharmacy services
- Building strong relationships with patients and local health professionals
- Working collaboratively with the wider pharmacy team
- Contributing to the growth and development of the pharmacy
- Developing your leadership and pharmacy business capabilities

About You

To be considered, you will be:

- Currently registered as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
- Passionate about community pharmacy and patient care
- Professional, reliable and motivated
- Confident working both independently and within a team
- Interested in developing leadership and business management skills
- Commercially minded with an interest in the future of community pharmacy
- Interested in progressing towards pharmacy ownership or partnership
