KX Pilates Townsville is growing, and we’re looking for energetic, passionate and motivated Pilates instructors to join our team across our Idalia and Kirwan studios .

We deliver high-intensity, 50-minute reformer Pilates workouts in a fun, supportive and community-focused environment.

We’re open to applications from both KX-qualified instructors and experienced Reformer Pilates instructors looking to join the KX Pilates method.

About the role

As a KX Pilates Instructor, you’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, high-energy reformer Pilates classes while creating a welcoming experience for every client.

You’ll:

- Deliver secure, challenging and high-quality 50-minute reformer Pilates classes
- Motivate and educate clients throughout each session
- Build strong relationships with our members
- Create an energetic and positive studio environment
- Follow KX Pilates programming, technique and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the wider studio team

About you

We’re looking for instructors who are:

- Qualified in KX Pilates , or qualified/experienced in Reformer Pilates
- Passionate about Pilates,



movement and fitness
- Confident, energetic and engaging
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable motivating a group and creating a fun class atmosphere
- Committed to client safety and delivering an excellent experience
- Available to teach a range of morning, afternoon, evening and/or weekend classes

KX Pilates experience is highly regarded, but not essential – if you have a strong Reformer Pilates background, we’d love to hear from you.
