Sell & Parker is currently looking for a Transport & Fleet Coordinator to join our Blacktown Operations. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the face and voice of our logistics team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery. This is a critical role that sits at the heart of our operations, balancing customer needs with fleet logistics to keep our business moving.
HOURS OF WORK
Monday to Friday 6 am to 4 pm
Saturdays When Necessary
ABOUT YOU
Highly proficient across the full Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in transport sector preferred but not essential
Previous experience/understanding of efficient transport allocations preferred but not essential
A foundational understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law and Chain of Responsibility protocols is essential
Previous experience with weighbridge operations or productive transport allocation would be advantageous
Previous experience with fleet maintenance management preferred but not essential
Ability to prioritise tasks according to specific requirements
Customer service interaction experience required in dealing with customers and suppliers
Ability to attain and retain fitness for work (including clear Drug and Alcohol Screens).
Currently have the right to work in Australia.
Pass a Police Check.
