We are looking for an experienced Revit Technician / Revit Systems Specialist to join our Engineering team.

This is a hands‑on role focused on maintaining, improving and developing our Revit environment — including parametric families, templates, libraries, standards and workflows — while supporting our engineering teams to work more efficiently and consistently.

You will work closely with engineers, designers and our product development team to ensure our Revit content is accurate, practical, easy to use and aligned with the way our business works.

For the right person, there will also be opportunities to help improve how we use automation, scripting and emerging digital tools within our engineering and drafting workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Create, update and maintain high-quality Revit families and parametric content
- Maintain and improve our Revit templates, libraries, parameters and modelling standards
- Develop custom families from product information, drawings and engineering requirements
- Support engineers and Revit users with modelling issues and technical queries
- Improve consistency, usability and efficiency across our Revit workflows
- Undertake quality checks of Revit models and drawings
- Maintain internal standards, naming conventions and documentation
- Assess and implement useful Revit plug‑ins, tools and software improvements
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive drafting and modelling tasks
- Work with engineering and product development teams to continually improve our digital systems




- Provide AutoCAD support where required

About You

You will ideally have:

- 3+ years’ professional experience using Autodesk Revit
- Strong experience developing and managing Revit families , including parametric families
- Experience maintaining Revit templates, libraries and standards
- Good understanding of engineering or construction documentation
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving
- Good communication skills and the ability to work directly with engineers and technical users

Experience with any of the following would be highly regarded:

- Dynamo
- Python or other scripting languages
- Autodesk Platform Services
- Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools
- Development of internal Revit tools, add‑ins or productivity systems
