Based at Pinkenba , we are a world leader in our field, and we are looking for a strong, performance-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially-minded professional to develop and execute a marketing strategy for further overall success. This is not just a content role; it is a comprehensive position for a marketer who balances creative excellence with a rigorous focus on performance metrics. You will drive measurable sales growth across both B2B and B2C channels, managing everything from high-level budget planning and Google Ads strategy to capturing high-quality content and managing our Shopify ecosystem. You will work closely with our management team and our existing brand team.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Performance: Establish overall marketing strategy by monitoring sales reports and forecasting accordingly. Manage marketing budgets and provide regular reporting on ROI and conversion metrics. Oversee the strategic direction of Google Ads and Meta campaigns to ensure optimal lead generation.

Retention & E-commerce: Lead the end-to-end management of the Klaviyo ecosystem. Maintain and optimise the Shopify website to enhance the digital customer experience for both retail and professional customers.

Content & Social Media Strategy & Implementation: Manage LYCON's social media across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. Monitoring of platforms to build presence, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.





Content Production: Produce high-quality visual assets using both mobile and DSLR equipment. Work collaboratively with our in-house Graphic Design team to produce visually engaging campaign content.

Strategic Communications: Execute high-level copywriting across all touchpoints in our LYCON tone of voice. Manage PR partnerships and UGC programs to amplify brand authority.

Project & Event Management: Act as the primary project manager for marketing initiatives. Help plan events and trade show involvement, coordinate mailing lists, and ensure all tasks are followed to completion.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

Relevant qualifications in Marketing/Communications with proven experience in B2B or B2C Marketing. Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads and Meta is highly favoured.

Creative Flair: You have a passion for content coordination and are comfortable with photography, videoing, and video editing.
