The Exchange Hotel is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and drive service excellence across the venue. You will supervise a 10+ team, coordinate rosters, manage stock, budget and events, and ensure compliance with liquor licensing and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, solid communication, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a busy hotel, restaurant, and events venue.
