Ultimate Security is seeking professional, customer-focused Retail Security Officers to join our growing team across Melbourne, Victoria. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming retail environment for customers, staff, and visitors.

As a Retail Security Officer , you will play a key role in loss prevention, incident response, and maintaining overall site security. You will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, conducting patrols, monitoring suspicious activity, and supporting retailers in creating a protected shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct foot patrols and manage access control
- Report hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity promptly
- Engage with the public professionally and courteously
- Support team members during events and peak periods
- Liaise with store management, staff, customers,



and emergency services when required

Requirements

- Valid Victorian Security Licence
- Valid First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 minimum)
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
