- Full Time Front of House Supervisor

This role is a mix of barista work, team leadership, and all-rounder responsibility. You’ll be leading from the front — ensuring smooth service, supporting the team, and keeping standards consistent across the board. The role also includes food handling and prep (sandwiches and cabinet), so being comfortable working across both coffee and food is important.

What We’re Looking For

- At least 12 months experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong barista skills and confidence on the machine
- Confident all-rounder — comfortable across coffee, food prep, and service
- Good awareness on shift and ability to stay on top of service
- Strong communication and a team-first attitude

What The Role Involves





- Leading shifts and maintaining strong service flow
- Preparing coffee to a high standard
- Supervising and supporting team members
- Preparing sandwiches and maintaining a well-stocked cabinet
- Handling opening/closing, cash management, and daily operations
- Stepping into any role as needed (coffee, floor, dishes, customer service)
