The Role

We’re looking for motivated Site Installers / Labourers to join our team based in Pakenham, VIC .
You’ll be hands-on in assembling, installing, and maintaining Groblox modular systems in office at Australia’s biggest events.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Installing and dismantling event structures and modular systems




- Working as part of a high-performing on-site team
- Reading and following plans or installation guides
- Loading/unloading trucks and maintaining site organisationTravelling to major events and activation sites nationwide

What We’re Looking For

- Physically fit and able to handle hands-on work
- Reliable, positive attitude, and team-focused mindset
- Experience in events, construction, rigging, or site work (preferred but not essential)
- Current driver’s licence (mandatory)
- White Card (bonus if you have it, or willing to get it)
