We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy personal injury law firm based in Liverpool on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional looking to join an established legal practice in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
About the role
You will be responsible for managing conveyancing matters from inception through to settlement, working closely with solicitors, clients, financial institutions and other relevant parties.
The successful candidate will be confident managing a busy caseload independently and ensuring all matters progress efficiently and within required timeframes.
Key responsibilities
- End-to-end conveyancing file management
- Managing conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Full PEXA workflow, including preparation and completion of settlements
- Managing critical dates and settlement timelines
- Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation
- Liaising with clients, banks, brokers, agents and third parties
- Conducting relevant searches and completing necessary due diligence
Required experience
- Solid and proven conveyancing experience is essential
- Demonstrated ability to manage conveyancing files from start to finish
- Proven PEXA experience , including conducting settlements independently
- Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and settlement requirements
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a busy team
- Experience with LEAP is highly desirable
- AML and client identification experience is desirable
